Terms of Service

By accessing and using Corrupted Node's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your relationship with Corrupted Node ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of our crypto, blockchain, and AI tools services.

Corrupted Node provides the following services:

• Crypto Trading Tools: AI-powered trading bots, DeFi yield optimization, and portfolio management systems
• Blockchain Infrastructure: NFT marketplaces, smart contract frameworks, and Web3 development tools
• Security & AI Services: Smart contract auditing, AI security agents, and fraud detection systems
• Technical Expertise: Blockchain development, AI/ML solutions, and decentralized application architecture

All services are provided subject to the terms of individual service agreements and statements of work executed between the parties.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Respond to requests for information and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure proper access to systems, tools, and resources as required
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Corrupted Node
• Make payments according to agreed terms and schedules
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, all intellectual property rights in work products created by Corrupted Node shall be owned by the client upon full payment of all fees.

Corrupted Node retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, methodologies, tools, and general knowledge. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use such materials as part of the delivered solution.

Both parties agree to respect each other's intellectual property rights and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Both parties acknowledge that they may have access to confidential information. Each party agrees to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information
• Use confidential information solely for the purpose of providing or receiving services
• Implement appropriate security measures to protect confidential information
• Return or destroy confidential information upon termination of the relationship

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law
• Services may be suspended for overdue accounts
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corrupted Node's liability for any claims arising from or related to these services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Corrupted Node shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due and payable
• Each party shall return confidential information
• Provisions regarding confidentiality and intellectual property shall survive
• Corrupted Node will provide reasonable transition assistance as agreed

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Corrupted Node is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction as specified in individual service agreements.
